Do you want to freeze it, or can it? Do you like it chunky, or smooth? I have good "recipes" for both. How much are you thinking of making? Do you have some apples you are trying to use (and if so, what type are they)? I am happy to post recipes, but it might be best if you just called me on the phone. Can you call Ann Dee for my number? I actually need the applesauce because I'm having a little applesauce-making contest. I have never made it in my life, and I have no clue how to. But I really want to win. I won the guacamole contest last week, so I want to make it 2-0. So no, I won't be freezing it. I'll just need it for one day. Probably just enough so like 30 people can test it. And about the chunky or smooth thing.. well.. what do you suggest if I'm trying to get a bunch of people's votes? Any help on this would be wonderful. And my e-mail is kristilowell@hotmail.com.
