I actually need the applesauce because I'm having a little applesauce-making contest. I have never made it in my life, and I have no clue how to. But I really want to win. I won the guacamole contest last week, so I want to make it 2-0. So no, I won't be freezing it. I'll just need it for one day. Probably just enough so like 30 people can test it.
