Kim...I don't know if you are out there, but I would like your Thai peanut sauce, and salad dressing recipe...please.
Heather C. I'd like to know how to make yogurt without a yogurt maker because ALAS I have none.
I'm also looking for fish recipes from all y'all.
I also need a pasta salad recipe for a bar-b-que tomorrow.
Do I ask too much?
My mom has a yummy raspberry pasta salad...Mom? Want to post it for us?
My request: Ann Dee, I want your Lemon Pasta recipe. Sounds good in this hot weather (100 degrees today!).
I am looking for yummy low-fat meals! I am attempting to lose some weight and if I don't have good food I know I will give up.
Paulette wants low fat meals and so do I. But I also need need need really easy meals. Really easy Sunday meals especially. But you, just easy meals in general.
I also need some advice for making a menu for a week. I know some people do this. I don't know who they are or who they think they are but I know they exist. I'm trying to be more organized and I need to save money. Is that too much to ask? Okay. Goodbye.
The Easy Garlic Chicken is a really healthy one...I like to pair it with a salad (so simple I'll just comment instead of post it):
Spinach leaves
Chopped tomatoes
Mozzarella cheese chunks (omit for less fat)(or use low-fat)
Dressing: Just combine two Tbs. olive oil and one Tbs. balsamic vinegarette, add a dash of basil and you have a really simple, low-fat salad with lots of vitamins and fiber.
Mill - I will send my peanut sauce but which salad dressing do you want?
Ann Dee, Thai spring rolls please...
That's actually Kim's recipe. I just make up the peanut sauce from what she told me and then I buy the sweet thai chili sauce. Kim, when you get time will you post the recipe for the spring rolls?
Kim...I don't know. We had a party years ago when we were single and used all of your Thai recipes. It was a cabbage salad. Did we just use the peanut sauce? I don't know. Dee can you help me remember.
Ann Dee, now that I have squash and zucchini on hand -- will you PLLLLEASE post that delicious Barefoot recipe with lemon, pasta, vegetables, etc....?
Ann Dee...the lasagna from yesterday. PLEASE!
